FIRECAT MANAGEMENT TEAM
Rick W. White - Chairman
Rick White is the Chairman of the Board and the inventor of the FIRECAT. Mr. White's engineering firm specialized in government projects from 1974 until 1991, when he accepted an assignment to manage contracts for Physical Dynamics, Inc., a firm primarily engaged in government research. He subsequently became contract manager for Flammadur, Inc., a company specializing in sales of reactive thermal barrier products. Mr. White began devoting his efforts to FIRECAT in 1994.
Paul Ruckle - Treasurer
Mr. Ruckle is a member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of Manufacture and Assembly. Mr. Ruckle's experience includes ownership of Universal Electric, Inc., a manufacturer of low and high voltage electrical switch gear and specially weather-proofed, stainless steel housings for turbine engine generators.
Dr. Everett Campbell, PhD - Secretary
Dr. Campbell is a member of the Board of Directors and FAV, Inc. economic advisor. Dr. Campbell is an economist and the retired head of the business department, Point Loma Nazarene College, San Diego, CA.
Dr. Charles Eminhizer, PhD - Board Member
Dr. Eminhizer is the Director of Fire Science and has a Doctorate from the University of Rochester. His experience includes 15 years of government research for the Department of Defense, working primarily on classified projects involving non-linear particle accelerators. He is past Technical Director of Flammadur, Inc., a company specializing in the marketing of thermal barrier materials for the nuclear industry.
James E. Whipple - Board Member
Mr. Whipple is a career Supervisor for the County of San Diego, a General Contractor and a Realtor. His experience in wild land protection and restoration is widely recognized and he is considered a wildlife preservation specialist. Mr. Whipple has a long history of association with the San Diego Zoo and has been a member of Ducks Unlimited and Safari Club International.
