PATENTS

Lawrence D. Maxwell (Brown, Martin, Heller & McLain, LLP) confirms that FAV, Inc. has applied for 19 U.S. Patent Claims relating to FIRECAT concept and related technology and intellectual properties.  Patents protect technology directly and indirectly applicable to FIRECAT Fire Attack Vehicles that include, but are not limited to, thermal barrier application, global positioning, poor visibility infrared and short-range radar imaging. 

U.S. Patent No. 5,626,194 issued May, 1997, covering 19 claims covering all aspects of the FIRECAT Fire Attack Vehicle essential to successful operation within the active fire environment.

FAV, Inc. intends to apply for additional U.S. Patents as well as register International Patents in the near future.
