OPERATIONAL TESTS
FIRECAT TV-140 in highly successful field trials, January, 2000.
The TV-140 has the capability of moving from location to location in a wildfire environment very rapidly (up to 28 MPH) under its own power without the need for additional transportation or delay.
This means that fire can be suppressed in the most efficient and effective manner, allowing firefighters to put out fires much more quickly and with far less loss of environment, structures or human and animal life.
Sample photographs of field trials follow:

FIRECAT TV-140 speeds from one location to another along unimproved dirt road.

FIRECAT TV-140 clears brush on uphill path without destroying the underlying plant root structure. Scarred earth, leading to erosion, is not a concern with FIRECAT operations.

FIRECAT TV-140, fully thermal-armored and cabin climate-controlled, ready for immediate deployment on active fire line.
